Absolutely the best product! I tried Amdro first and I wasn't real happy. It smoked and fizzled out quickly. Then I read the reviews, watched a video of a person that used both who said she would stick with her "Giant Destroyer" instead. So I ordered this product and it really does the job!! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get rid of pests.

Loses one star because you have to buy 8 pounds of the stuff.It is a slow working poison. Takes maybe a week of daily doses and then ... no more rodents.

My husband enjoyed using these in the yard where we have lots of mole issues. He would light the fuse, drop it in the tunnel, and cover it with a bucket or something similar to keep the smoke contained. We also made a hole in the tunnel several feet away and saw smoke coming up, so it definitely works! Just be careful not to breathe this stuff. Our yard has a lot of moles, so we'll need to order another pack to tackle the whole issue, but it seems like there are no moles where we used the gasser.

Hello, my name is Gary and I purchased this because I noticed a ground squirrel burrow in my front yard. I used this in the burrow, covering up with moist dirt and noticed there was no leakage above ground. Beforehand I checked for other burrows and found none. For the next two days no new burrows but on the third day, a new one was approximately 2 1/2 feet away from the first one. So I repeated what I did with the first burrow. Again, two days later, a third burrow approximately 1 foot away from the very first one. Once again I used the product with the same results no leakage above ground and no other burrows found on the property. In two days a fourth burrow within 3 feet of all the previous ones. Using the last product, I lit, pushed deep inside the hole and covered with moist dirt. No above ground fumes and I feel that this is not going to work. We hired an exterminator to trap and poison the ground squirrels. Your product was inexpensive but not effective or impressive at all.

Packaging: Shipped in Amazon box. The product was packed tightly in a yellow and black case. NOTE THIS IS NOT RETURNABLE.Product Impressions: 4 sticks and 4 fuses were given as expected. Just clear area around hole and make sure it's damp/wet in case of the sparks fly out. Also be sure to have something to cover the hole as not all burrows are as deep as others. Out of the 4 sticks, only 2 of them burnt fully after examining them afterwards. Overall, the burrow is now a tomb if that helps.Usability: Great for most smaller game in tunnels but note more established rodents/animals will take more than 1 try/stick.Overall Thoughts: Price is fine, they worked as intended, and again, you cannot return them.

REALLY WORKS

I had some persistent chipmunks who refused my attempts at getting them to relocate. I used these smokers to do the job; mission complete. Dropped in the hole carefully; covered the top of the hole and looked for any other holes that were in the area. Chipmunks gone.

Like some of the other reviews, Arrived with the outer package full of powder and tubes leaking from either end. Makes it tough to insert the fuse and then seems to work better by placing tape across on either side of the fuse to keep what doesn't leak out, in place. All of the ingredients are dry, loose,powdery. Makes them a mess. Whatever the formula is seems a touch more binder might help. Could just be old inventory idk.Probably the 8th pack of these I've purchased. the first couple were decent and not a big deal with leakage but the other packs have been a pain to deal with. Not verifiable if they actually help or not since it's all a 1. find the tunnel which you can't always deal anyway 2. only indications if they help or not by less lawn damage indicating they are at least causing them to go somewhere else. Nature of the situation but not easy to see if they work or not. They do smoke and seem to use at least a large bit of the ingredients in the tube.
