Ohne Frage, diese Pochadebox ist gut verarbeitet.Doch meines Erachtens ist der Preis viel zu hoch, ausserdem empfinde ich die Magnethalterung für die Malplatten als keine wirklich optimale Lösung. Insgesamt ein bisschen Mager für so viel Geld, zumal die Pinselablage noch extra gekauft werden muss, ebenfalls viel zu teuer. Das gilt übrigens auch für die etwas größere Version!

I really liked the construction of the box, it was well made. My biggest problem with the box is the platte is for acrylic paint when the majority of users are probably oil painters. You would have to shell out another 30+ dollars to get a glass platte and these aren't always sold on amazon depending on size. To me this was a bad move because other pochade boxes around this price or cheaper come with a glass platte. This was one reason I returned the box. It just felt like I was being nickeled and dime to get a functional box when the sienna box I ended up going with was bigger and for the same price as the smallest new wave box. It also came with a side holder for brushes included and just as light weight.

This little pochade box is just what I wanted to make small oil sketches around town and in nature. I also use it at home to make little paintings. I've been using 6" by 8" panels and haven't had any problem with it holding the panel or rocking etc. It's very light and just perfect to slip into a bag. I think I now need to buy a wet panel carrier for the 6" by 8"panels as well since it doesn't protect a finished painting. The box will hold 8'' by 10" panels also. Even though it will hold a canvas, I think it will hold panels more securely.
