The tape for putting it up is not the best, but they really made a big difference in my particular situation.

Don't waste your time.
Absolutely garbage and waste of money. Cheap quality low adhesive foam. Buy real bass traps not these hoping they will work out, they won't.

Works well for highs & mids absorption. Can't tell about lows though but probably helps a bit. But anytime trihedral (corner) surfaces are eliminated is a win/win ! Ridiculous price

Not Very Dense
These are not as high density as one might hope / want for a bass trap, but fair enough for the price. The process of soaking them and letting them dry to expand them took much longer than expected. Three days in there was still a small puddle forming underneath.Mounting is easy enough if you have a tape or adhesive that sticks to foam. I had to cut cardboard and glue it to the foam in order to get it securely mounted but that may not be necessary, depending on your wall surfaces. Overall a decent buy for the money - they do help manage the low end in my small studio space.
