Nice microwave
Works great. While I had to change the bracket from the previous GE microwave, this one looks really nice installed. The only knock on this design is the older model had much better bracket.

Involved install, Good So Far.
Easy to install. Be careful with the paper guides they are printed on thin paper and tear easy. The heat level is lower than my last but still does a good job of heating. Seems a little quiet when operating but the fan is louder, two levels. Easy to read, lights up the kitchen in blue light. Cook time is comparable to other models. This is an under the cabinets model that goes over the stove. Comes vented into the kitchen so you don't have to pull fan out of the back and reorient for a outside venting. Only 60 pounds but takes two people to put it in (placing it on the bracket is tricky and is done at an angle), and moving the stove out of the way definitely helps.

Product no longer made as well as the old microwave it replaced
The microwave is the same brand as the old one it replaced. The dimensions are identical to the old one and the instructions for installation are clear. It just does not have the nice feel of the old microwave that was 20 years old and still looked and felt great when you pushed the buttons or opened the door. The unit comes with a 2 year warranty card which is a nice plus.

Good big microwave
The dimensions given are the inside dimensions. It is a pretty big microwave. Note that top anchor screw holes are slightly off from older models but the hanging bracket matches up just fine.Works great

Microwave
It was a great choice. It's true to size to fit in the area I needed it to. It wasn't easy to install, but it looks great in my kitchen, over my range. The delivery was good and on-time.

Received item with defective turntable, overall build quality not as good as previous models
The media could not be loaded. Already own two older models in the same GE family (JVM3160EF1ES) that we really enjoyed and worked excellently well.This model was purchased as a replacement through Amazon and after installation notice a traumatic decline in build qualityThe preheat settings do not display on screen programming they are designed for? (Ie, pasta, plate, etc) Like previous models did. Also misses any sort of sticker that would show what pre-programmed items like previous modelsDoor is flimsyHeat from under the counter light causes microwave, underside and interior to get unusually warm.Do not recommend this model

Works well but a bit loud.
It works well but a bit on the loud side. But it was on the low end of the price range.

3 stars because of the shipper.
3 stars because of the shipper. Microwave was delivered 4 days early. No problems there. Packing box was deformed. Opened and found microwave to be dented on right back quadrant. Exhaust port also bent. Had to take unit apart to bend walls back into place. After fixing the dents, unit installed easily (drilled 4 holes) and works fine. Not a fan of FEDEX.
