I would use it the same as having two, it might prevent having another and should stop the one you have getting worse.

Great for forehead. You can buy different types for crows feet, I’ve seen them. I only use this type for forehead. Haven’t tried it anywhere else on face.

Q: Do these patches make your forehead look worse before it gets better?

Thats not my experience. Do you apply a serum or moisturiser and let that sink into your skin before apply the patches? You need to stretch the skin a bit while applying the patch. Plus, wait until the patch is tacky before applying or it won't stick properly & you will lose the stretch that you made at the start.
