Easy to install
Just remove the hinge pin, slide through the product, and reinstall pin. Simple. Sturdy,and good looking finish. Fits any hinge that Ive ever installed. Great price. Highly recommend this product. Dont know what is meant by the adhesion question, tther is none.

Easy to install with a hammer, screwdriver, and chair (I'm short)
I had several doors that often hit the wall. A couple other doors had old stops so I replaced them too. Now, I defy my doors to meet the wall or make big slamming sounds when flung open. Easy to adjust too.
