Great customer service. Very beautiful
I can’t say enough about this chandelier. It’s beautiful it’s functional. It was easy to install. I think the value for the money is great. The size is perfect for my room. There was a small problem with the install with the wiring. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped me a new part out immediately and check to make sure it worked and that all was well. Great customer service!

Great light, nice to have the fan blades retractable
Updated: These ceiling fan lights are fantastic! The fact that they look like a regular light with the retractable blades is a great feature. When the fan is on it moves a lot of air even on the lowest speed.We ordered two and one can damaged and was replaced almost immediately which impressed us. After hanging the second light we realized that the rings of lights were a little brightness.Customer service was prompt to work with us to resolve the issue. Happy with the ceiling fan lightsRemote is easy to set up and the app is easy to pair with the lights as well. Having the ability to control the lights with my phone was a big reason for buying these lights

Does not come with a balancing kit. Nice fan, quiet. I’m happy with my purchase.

Works well - app and remote too
Install was straight forward. Initial power on was easy using provided remote. Was a little challenging get the app working, but not bad. Had to Tap bluetooth button on app to initiate pairing, not hold. Subsequently paired a 2nd phone app. Key is to open app settings and display My QR code on the 1st phone, and then open app settings on 2nd phone and use Scan QR code.Customer support was responsive and effective in helping me get set up. Now have two phones and provided remote control working with the unit.

DO NOT BUY THESE FANS GUYS!!!
ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!If I can give this a 0 star I would. I purchased 3 one of them (my room fan) from day one the light stayed on very lightly even with the switch on. The second one the remote NEVER worked at all. So i couldn’t even dim it or even turn on the fan at that. One out of 3 fans worked just fine. I’m a handyman so yes i installed it correctly. I tried getting them switched out and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent 600$ on these fans and thankfully i didn’t buy the other two that I was going to buy. Looks nice yes but again guys customer service sucks im stuck with 2 bad fans! 400$ down the drain.

Beautiful product and amazing customer service
Love the look of this light and functionality of the fan. However, our unit had scuffs and it seems like dried up super glue in various parts of it as can be seen in pictures. The customer service team was quick to reach out to me and provided me with a full refund. Please buy with confidence knowing that if you have any issues they will certainly try to resolve it for you. The fan/light looks amazing in our room even with those blemishes.
