I was a bit nervous about purchasing a renewed MacBook, especially since I only had one previous experience with used items (a perfect working pair of Beats Solo 3). After doing a lot of research and watching reviews on YouTube, I decided this was the way to go, since I already own an M2, and I am very pleased with my decision!!The MacBook looks brand new—no scratches or fingerprints at all! Wow!! The battery life is at 100%, It performs like new, speed is fast so far. It's also incredibly lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for both work and travel! Plus, buying renewed allowed me to save some money.If you're considering a renewed MacBook, I highly recommend it!!!!!

In full transparency, I had to order two of these items from two different sellers. The first one did not work out. Charger would not work (it was generic). Packaging was fine (Green Amazon box). I had to return it. The second one I ordered exceeded expectations. This was likely refurbished by Apple. Plastic wrap around the white box, branded charger, not a single blemish. Screen protecting film. I felt like I was buying a new Apple laptop. Everything has worked great. I would recommend buying refurbished again, but recognize it might take more than one try.

I bought this MacBook as refurbished new. Although it didn't come in a apple box it was neat and clean no signs of damage. Definitely worth it if you want to save a few hundred dollars and the get the same performance as a new MacBook

Total crap! I purchased an “Amazon renewed” Mac air - I was going to use it for around the house so there wasn’t no need for the latest tech. Anyhow, it arrived and when I opened it there was a little orange sticker on the keypad - I thought it was an inspection sticker at first but now think it was a warning sticker indicating that the unit wasn’t ready to ship. I plugged it in and the mag connector’s light didn’t turn on. I ‘charged’ it for an hour and nothing. I tested the charger on my work Mac book air and the charger worked fine. The computer would not start and also had sticky areas on the keyboard where there must have been stickers (it wasn’t even cleaned before being shipped) - anyhow, I’m returning it now and even that’s a pain. I can’t drop it off at the local ups store but need to haul it across town to kohls. Total waste of time but while I’m over on that side of town I’ll be picking up a Mac from Best Buy (should have just done that in the first place and left Amazon the place I buy rectal thermometer 🤒 😂) - In short, it’s a crap shoot buying from Amazon renewed.

Great value for your money. My MacBook came with no scratches or chips missing. All buttons and function work perfectly. The battery life seems like it's brand new. It holds a charge for a very long time, not sure exactly how long though. In the battery life settings, it shows the MacBook has normal battery life. I don't know why apple removed the percentage health, but I'm assuming "normal" battery life is either 90 or 95 percent and up. Overall I have no complaints and I love how smooth easy everything is. Also, I saw there were a lot of reviews saying that they had a non-Apple or defective charging cable, but mine is an Apple charging cable. I know this because on the cube, it says its designed in Apple California and its got the model number and stuff.

Casing had a few minor smudges, the MagSafe port had a bit of dirt preventing a stable connection, and there was a noticeable amount of crumbs under the keyboard keys. All of which I was able to rectify on my own due to some basic refurb knowledge, but worth mentioning for those who don't. Aside from that, this MacBook is in full working order! Very happy with my purchase so far!

Before I purchased this MacBook, I tried a 2019 MacBook and it was insanely slow and wouldn’t work for what I need. The only caveat was that this device didn’t come with any charge and was dead. The device was clean and neatly packaged!This MacBook is 10x better. Great speed and the keyboard quality is great. My device came with a charger cable and brick. There’s no scratches and it’s like new. Very happy with my purchase.

This was an amazing, exquisite premium refurbished product. Battery is long lasting, performance was stellar, physical appearance is spotless. I’ve been using it for maybe a year now, and it has been very dependable.
