Easy peezy
As advertised perfect fit, looks great and heavy duty. Installed with help with a friend fairly easy just took my time and tried to look two steps ahead.

Good quality.
Was easy to replace my old awning with the help of two other people. It looks great and well made. The skirt that hangs down when fully extended does look to be a couple inches shorter than the original one. I have a 24ft Jayco Travel Trailer.

Was easy to install has held up good but it did come with blemishes on arrival that definitely could cause some problems with tears we will see how long it lasts.

Too short
I should have taken notice the dimensions. It fits well length wise but it's not long enough coming away from my rv. Seems to be made well
