They are flavored which I don't mind. I like all the flavors and they are mild so not overwhelming. They work perfect as a chewy.

Much better than anticipated.
For starters, they actually feel real – that food-grade silicone is much softer and nicer to chomp down on compared to the hard, cheap ones I had tried earlier. The fact that they're BPA-free is a big peace-of-mind factor, especially since I end up chewing them every day.Actually, tasteable! Not necessarily overwhelming, but nice little hints – strawberry and mint are my favorites so far. They definitely do the job of keeping my aligners close enough to fit, at least, immediately after wearing one. The fit is comfortable, doesn't poke my gums, and they don't move around when I bite.Receiving 120 pieces is like a lifetime's worth! The vacuum packs ensure they remain fresh and clean. Having ten different flavors is perhaps too much for me, but nice to change things around. Good buy – they function properly, are safe to use, taste okay, and won't vanish in my mouth.

I totally feel safe putting them in my mouth. They're made of this unique high-elastic food-grade silicone, no BPA or harsh chemicals, which is important to me. And they use actual, real edible cake flavorings – mint is my fave, it's so refreshing!They work. I chew on these things religiously, and I swear my aligners fit WAY better afterward. No more weird gaps or 'not quite seated' feeling.
