Really quick delivery, really comfy and the svelte plates I ordered fitted really well. Well constructed bit of kit, good value.

It is like prescribed and looks good.I use it for Crossfit sports and happy with it.

aesthetically the Carrier is nice, but this is a one size fits all item and to be honest, if you are ex military or in anyway muscular this is going to be a problem. the shoulder pads are useless, in fact they could do with being removed as they rub and scratch on your neck while you run. the Velcro fasteners are upside down, so the hook part is on the bottom of the pad, which rubs on your clavicle, i have 2 red scars on my neck and 2 on my clavicle from running 3 miles with 10kg. i attempted so many adaptations to make this better that in the end i had to cut the Velcro fasteners off, then realised that on top of all that the thing is just tiny, and is probably for boys rather than menunable to return now as I have modified it to be semi comfortable.I will keep it as it will fit my Wife who also performs training with a vest, but honestly, I will be spending £90 on a Bulldog now to replace it, so may as well have just splashed out for a 5:11 at £160.00 ... you live and learnnice little play product for kids or very small adult playing paint ball, not for Crossfit.gutted
