Delicious
Always consistent & delicious. I have severe arthritis in my hands. But I love vegetables. So when my hands are bad, & I'm unable to chop vegetables up, I'll open a can of these bad boys, & dump them over a plate of rice, with some sauce. Easy peasy.

Good Canned Veggies
Cans arrived in perfect condition. These are good to keep in the pantry to make soup, stew, or a baked casserole. Great as a side dish with meatloaf or baked chicken and dressing too. Decent quality canned veggies when you can't make it to the grocery or farmers market.

Good for stocking up with hurricane season coming up fast. Bought a case also. The expiration dates vary, so check when you receive. Some are good for two or even three years. Also good to add to rice, stir frys, etc. Many uses and good alone. You may want to season more.

Just “okay”
The ingredients are on the can are;WATER, CARROTS, POTATOES, CELERY, PEAS, GREEN BEANS, CORN, LIMA BEANS, SALT, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, ONION FLAVOR.In the can I had tonight there was mostly carrots and potatoes-which took over most of the can, I saw no green beans, less than a teaspoon of corn, and 3, maybe 4 Lima beans!Are those missing or small amount of vegetables in great demand? Or very expensive?The taste was just “okay.”I doubt I will purchase again.
