First, I liked the packaging: it came in a professionally sealed box, and when I opened the box, the lipbalm itself was in a professionally sealed package to keep it fresh. Second, the balm is indeed clear as shown. Third, it has a nice fresh tropical scent, almost like pineapple. Fourth, it goes on as described. Fifth, the tube is pretty: tapping on it, it feels plastic, but it has a little weight to it and feels sturdy. The raised floral design is lovely. Definitely worth the purchase.

I took off one star because it tastes a little funny, I guess like the aloe that is used in the product. It isn’t unbearable but I noticed it so now I try my best not to get the product in my mouth by licking my lips or anything like that

I love the way it goes on and, the color is perfect. Good price just as good if not better than my $40.00 lipstick.

It’s not glossy but the examples for coloring are as advertised! Fantastic for a natural look and the packaging/ornate container is gorgeous. Not a fan of the blue but that’s from a personal dislike of lighter pinks with fuchsia undertones. Love the orange and red tho!

I disliked the fact that the box the item came in was damaged. It also did not come with an applicator like the same second item I received. The second item packaging was perfect. The item was in it’s own box with the applicator and in a plastic bag.
