Planted 18 seeds, 9 out of 18 have germinated and grown so far.For this project, I used two methods: the paper towel method (6 seeds) and the instructions that was included with the packet; soil method.Paper towel method yielded the fastest results but fewest growth. The soil method (instructions) yielded the slowest results, but the greater amount of growth. The seeds for the paper towel method went straight into a ziploc bag (no 24 hour soaking). The seeds per instruction underwent a 24 hour soak before planted in soil.So far, my number one seed growing so fast and so strong is the paper towel method. It's just blown all the others away in growth. I had to use hydrogen peroxide a few times to limit the mold of all the seeds (but mostly with the ones in the paper towel method) but it did not hurt them. Once I noticed the radical growth in the paper towel seeds, I transplanted them into soil immediately. I mist the seeds twice daily (but it depends on soil dryness). So far, seed number one is exceeding all others in growth. The others grown initially in soil are taking their time it seems, but growing none the less. When first doing this project, I assumed maybe ONE out of the 25 seeds would grow (I've had bad luck with seed germination in the past) but so far half of them have been showing signs of germination (I only planted I think 20 though). Its too early to tell if they are as described (Jacaranda) but they do seem to have the growth characteristics, so I trust they are as the sellers claims. The soil I used for these seeds is the "Miracle Grow Tropical Blend" and a mix of bark as a bottom base - It's just what I happened to have available. After the one sprout, I placed it near my full spectrum light (not directly under) and it seemed to grow even faster and turn more green (it had some subtle yellow in the leaves prior). To be honest, I am super excited I got any growth at all and am anxiously awaiting to see what happens next. These little ones grow so fast, it almost feels like little siblings. And to be honest, I have no idea what I am going to do with the rest of the 8 trees, as I only had planned on growing one. If anything interesting happens, I will try to update.Otherwise, pretty happy with the purchase so far.Picture shown is the number one seed at 15 days growth, paper towel method.

Sprouting.
I have the seed tray by a window on a plant heat mat. Less than 2 weeks and I have 5 noticeable sprouts. If they die, that's on me. - good seeds - .
