Offered Relief While Traveling Out of the Country!
Purchased to use as a probiotic during travel out of the country. It is so easy for your system to be ‘off’ after travel. I instantly become bloated and the change in the food can cause constipation for me. I looked at the natural ingredients and decided to purchase this instead of a laxative. The ingredients would not be too harsh on a system that was out of wack anyway. I was not disappointed. It worked. I would take them twice daily; right before breakfast and once before dinner. I was regular every day during my seven day vacation of eating food rich in dairy and sometimes fried foods and cocktails. I did not use it for energy or pain relief. So I cannot honestly review that portion. Hopefully this will work for you as well if you need relief while traveling.

Buenas para aliviar molestias digestivas leves
Llevo varias semanas usando las pastillas en gel de Iberogast y he notado una mejora en mi digestión, especialmente después de comidas pesadas. Son fáciles de tomar y no tienen un sabor desagradable. Me ayudaron a reducir la hinchazón y el malestar estomacal. Les doy 4 estrellas porque aunque son efectivas, el alivio no es inmediato y en algunos días no sentí tanta diferencia. Aun así, me parecen una buena opción natural para molestias digestivas ocasionales.
