Great item to add to your workout collection! Love that the weights are removable in small increments. Bought these for postpartum while getting back into working out, and still use them 7 month later to keep my arms toned. They clip together nicely and I’ve never worried about a weight coming off unexpectedly. Great option for saving space in your gym/home.

Love these. Easy to put together and take apart. Nice quality. The ends are plastic but feel very durable. The handle is wrapped in I assume rubber, but feels anti-slip. The grips are not anti-sweat. So beware of that. Saves space when disassembled, or simply keep the box. It's small as is and let's you keep everything together.

They're great! Easy to use, feel good to hold, and honestly I think the price is good for them.I am depressed however, because my clumsy self dropped one and it broke. The spring and that silver ball fell out and I'm not sure where it went and even if I found it I doubt I could put it together again. So I'll use it as just a 2lb weight, or add some to the other side and just use it that way, if I can. I may just buy another set but at the moment I can't, so this'll have to do thanks to my clumsy self.

I love these weights. They are very versatile, you can up or down the weight depending on your resistance and goals. I bought them to have them around and accessible to exercise daily and reduce or eliminate back and shoulder pain. So far, so good.

I love the color and they feel great in my hands. The extra weights are easy to clip on too. I would recommend this item to anyone.

These are fantastic when you’re in need of lighter weights. They fit comfortably in your hand and I love how easy it is to add weight.
