Great for restless legs
If you deal with restless legs or leg/foot cramps at night, give this a try before bedtime. After months of trying various creams and supplements someone said I might be low in potassium or magnesium or calcium. I found this with all three plus zinc and WOW, I am sleeping so much better now. Tastes great, too!

Not completely getting rid of my muscle spasms and cramps
Don't think it's working good enough. I love the taste but, I'm still getting muscle cramps. I just notice I don't have this problem when I use Potassium and Magnesium separately. I don't know if it's the dosing but I hate that I have to switch back to separate products.
