I just love the bright fresh taste this particular olive oil provides some of my dishes. Sautéing spinach or asparagus, adding it to pastas, slathering it on fish or seafood before cooking or grilling, it just adds another dimension of flavor and takes the dish to another level. Can't ever go wrong with lemons and when it's in olive oil...well, anyone who loves to cook as I do, can't go wrong adding this to your pantry.

I received a mini size as a gift from a friend and loved it so much that I bought a larger size to use for my salad every day! It’s somewhat pricey, but I don’t think I can substitute it with any other olive oil.

Great Quality

The photo on Amazon is a little deceiving. It looks like a nice can of olive oil. The fine print does identify the product as 250 ml. I will accept that and keep the product. One more thing, the product (olive oil) cannot be returned.

This Olive oil has decidedly THE MOST BEAUTIFUL lemon punch I’ve ever tasted in an infused oil! It starts with a subtle lemon aroma, a velvety, light mouth feel and finishes with a delicate, but noticeable lemon zing. I use a small drizzle of it mixed with another light French olive oil to roast asparagus, green beans, salmon, etc. I’ve also mixed it with an aged white balsamic vinegar to toss strawberries with, spinach salad, blueberries for a cheesecake topping, etc. This is a fantastic finishing oil and a tiny bit goes a long way! Absolutely recommend!

Excellent flavor, works very nicely in salads. The container is very small, this is much too expensive and I will look for alternatives.

My great friend who is Danish and an excellent cook introduced this to me 20 years ago and it is a necessity in my kitchen now. Although quite expensive compared to others, it has an intense lemon flavor all its own and is certainly worth the price. It's lively bright flavor lifts so many dishes, but the one I love best is to drizzle a few drops on any fresh steamed vegetable , toss quickly , sprinkle with Maldon sea salt and serve. Try this on green beans as a healthy alternative to french fries!

The can appears small, but the flavor is big. Few drops here and there adds great taste in a salad, as a rub, or to saute. I find myself reaching for it often, yet a can lasts a long time. Highly recommend it.
