The season is just starting, so I am unable to comment on how they will hold up to the weather, but I can say they are comfortable and durable. I LOVE the fact they can be folded for easy storage.

Be prepared that these chairs will fit slim adults or children. They are small and low to the ground. I keep them under my covered deck as it is just a stain and the wood is pine so they will not last outdoors in sun, rain or snow

I ordered because the website did not indicate assembly was required- in fact it Is reqjired AND the instructions to put the chairs together seems very complicated! I want to return the item but there is no way to have Fedex come and pick it up the items as they're very heavy?. Amazon called the third party seller,but NO clear indication that they would have someone pick it up was given. I am handicapped; the item, being heavy will make it difficult to takeit to the UPS store (The only choice in the return instructions) Hopefully I will receive a refund for the product.This purchase has been a headache both from Amazon as well as the third party seller.

It took over 40 minutes at first but got much shorter as we assembled more chairs. The biggest problem was that holes weren’t really drilled through ( more like marks, which some were not necessarily where they should be also). Once we decided to predrill the holes, we were able to finish a chair in about 20 minutes. Two screw tops got broken off…..that gave my husband a very hard time removing from wood pieces. But they are pretty okay chairs for the price after all. They look very nice and are functional.
