La 1ra y la única vez que utilicé mi set, las bandejas se marcaron como si la comida se hubiera pegado a la bandeja. Luce oxidada. Las bandejas NO fueron ralladas por los utensilios. “La bandeja del agua” siempre tuvo suficiente agua, nunca se secó el agua, inclusive bajé el calor del combustible, cerrando la abertura hasta la mitad, utilizando la tapa de cierre pegada que trae la caja de metal para colocar el combustible (Sterno). Luego, apagué el combustible cuando ya no era necesario. No entiendo porqué lucen gastadas las bandejas si las usé una sola vez. Observé videos sobre cómo utilizar el set antes de utilizarlo y seguí el procedimiento. Una simple y pequeña ralladura en la tapa luce oxidada🙁. Lavé las bandejas y todas sus partes, una por una, a mano. Con agua tibia, jabón líquido y con un paño suave para cuidar que no se rallaran. Las sequé una por una, a mano con una toalla suave tan pronto terminaba de lavar una, luego seguía con la 2da hasta terminar con las 4 bandejas. NO las puse en el lavaplatos. Es obvio que por el precio que pagué ese es el producto que recibí. Después de todo, no buscaba gastar mucho $$$ en un set.🤷🏻‍♀️ El set tiene una excelente apariencia. Sí mantiene la comida caliente. Fácil de ensamblar. Tiene bordes suaves, redondeados y no hay peligro de cortarse las manos. Buen tamaño, el más grande. La tapa se cuelga del marco. Las manchas de agua no me preocupan, se pueden borrar, lo que me desagrada es que las bandejas usadas lucen como si la comida se pegó y tuviera óxido 🙁🙁🙁. Ahora pienso que mejor hubiera comprado un set comercial-heavy duty de verdadero acero inoxidable. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trataré de devolverlo.

It was a WISE decision to pay a little extra for these with rounded edges. Friends buying lesser quality cut their hands on the sharp edges. These are a better quality for a fraction more. These so take some assembling and the actual bases seem sketchy but once the bottom shelf that holds the fuel is in place they are sturdy. This allows for packing up taking less space. I will say the blue clear tape on some of the parts for protection not removable inside the hinges areas of the bases - don’t know why they would tape inside those.These did a great job!

I bought these for a family reunion and they worked out very well! Now it states rounded end pans so you don't cut your fingers, but they need to do something with the fuel cans because I did a number on my finger on the edge of those! You also have to be careful stacking the food pans because they can be a pain to get apart. But otherwise they were a great purchase!!!!

We use chafing dishes for family and friend events in our home throughout the year. I have always had the cheap tin foil types but decided to go for something better when a few folks asked us if we would be cooking/heating with aluminum (they are health conscious about the side effects). When I saw this set online I was impressed with the look and ratings, so decided to take the plunge and boy I do not regret the decision!. These are far from flimsy and were easy to assemble and the rolled edges ensure you don't have to worry about slicing your finger on an edge.

We used these for a small catering event. They worked really well. The blue tape that comes on them for shipping was easy to remove for the most part, but there were a couple of spots that were a little difficult to remove completely.They were mostly not sharp, but there are still a few spots that I managed to find while setting them up that were a bit sharp. I did cut myself slightly on the bottom bar that gives the bottom support.Overall they seem like a really good value for the look that you get. They make an event look that much more professional.
