Silken Tofu is a product that became hard to find during the pandemic. I use it to make Smoothies in my Ninja juicer. It is an ingredient for the Passion Fruit Power Smoothies, one of our favorites.

Firm and tasty
This product is a little firmer than most silken tofus I've tried - perfect in a smoothie and I think it will be great for cooking as well. It's on my subscribe and save now!

Ripoff---My fault
My fault for thinking 12.3 was 12 pack. Ridiculous for a 3 pack--that is nearly $10 each!
