This is a pleasant surprise and different from other magnesium supplements I have tried. Unlike the capsule, powder or drink mix forms, this is a pleasant tasting, soft chew that is more like a treat than a supplement. Each serving provides 350mg of magnesium, which is a nice dosage to support sleep, relaxation and reduce muscle fatigue.These are gluten free, free of synthetic dyes, and vegan, which is something I appreciate and value in a supplement. They also offer high absorption. Great all around magnesium supplement.

Taste good, easy to chew at easy to swallow!!!! These chews are best if you have a problem with swallowing the hard capsules or pills that get stuck in your throat! Good Alternative!!!!
