Frustrated by the fluff of mattress store sales tactics, so I looked at AMZ & found this dream mattress!! Goldilocks approved... #justright Order & delivery were a cinch - UPS driver did the heavy lifting. Mattress is packaged well in a tiny box. Make sure you have plenty of space for opening the box & removing the packaging!!Air out for 2-3 days, cover with normal bedding, and enjoy your first good night's sleep. You won't want to leave the bed! 12" is the perfect size & the hybrid construction offers unbelievable comfort. Regular-queen linens fit perfectly. Mattress-in-a-Box is a strange concept till you realize how much sense it makes. Cut out the 'middle-man' and order directly from AMZ Prime. Serta is a classic brand for a reason - hi-quality product for a fair price & years of construction experience.

This mattress has met many expectations! It's a smidge softer than anticipated but it seems like it will hold up well for the few years or so. Great value for the money! Our sleep quality as improved drastically as we upgraded from a queen to a king.

Good value
I bought this full size mattress for my 12-year-old. I realized way too late I accidentally ordered a firm so make sure you really pay attention to what mattress you have selected before you order. I decided to have him try it out anyway. It was suprisingly lightweight once it was out of the box. I could easily maneuver it by myself. It definitely needs to off gas. I shut it in a room with a window open for a couple days and that seemed to do the trick. And luckily, my son loves the mattress. He says it’s the most comfortable mattress he’s ever slept on.

No smell, very comfy.
Was very worried with the bed in a box and having issues with smells from off gassing but this had 0 smell to it and was ready to sleep on quickly. Super comfy mattress!

Love this mattress.
Package arrived with packing tape holding the box together. The mattress was undamaged. I believe the heavy plastic that the mattress was in protected it. Layed flat for a day. Sleeps great. Great value.

ZERO Customer Service
Zero customer service.This mattress is supposed to have “three zone firmness” which implies that there should be a top/head and bottom/foot. It did not come with any such instructions. It is not marked. How is one supposed to find where these firmness zones are???I contacted Amazon customer service, they referred me to the Serta website, again no instructions and no customer service. I filled out the form for help, and have never received any type of response.On the positive side, I was looking for a “firm” mattress and it is that.
