Have been needing a new knife block set as my old was mismatched & dull. This set is great. Love the quality and super sharp. Didn't even feel the steak knife stab my hand while I was cutting oranges. Clean cut, only needed x2 stitches.

First let me say, I purchased this block 5 months ago, so I've givwn it time to really see the quality. I LOVE these knives. They are incredibly sharp, sharper than I expected. I lightly ran my finger over the blade to see, and mind you, I just touched it ever so slightly and the next day I realized that it actually cut my finger. It's so sharp and fine, that I didn't even notice. I saw some reviews complaining about scratching easily but I have not experienced that at all. I hand wash them though.I also must mention how much I love the drawers block. I can't even explain how much I love it. No more digging through a dangerous drawer of knives. I'm SO happy with these I would buy them again and again.
