I'm not taking anything away from this box. For what I paid for it and expected I'm satisfied... not disappointed or amazed by what it is. For a hobbyist or for something like an electronics repair shop, leathercrafting, RC cars it's everything it should be and should suffice quite well. For the home mechanic with some higher expectations, it's going to fall short of what you need or want. The boxes are well packaged from the factory and overall, the finish is good. Under heavy use, this isn't going to last a lifetime, but light use as stated above, it will be around for years. The only thing that makes me shake my head is that they added metal corner protectors (for shipping only) at the front of the box, which is a good idea EXCEPT the protectors are made from a much heavier gauge metal than the actual box. This makes the box look like they expect it to be especially flimsy from the start. It really tells the quality of the materials used when they use heavier metal to protect it. My first thought was how bad can this be? Honestly if the corner protectors weren't there or if they were plastic, cardboard, or even the same gauge metal as the box itself, I would have been less skeptical. All in all, its a fair starter box with a fair price.

This is really a heavy duty garage storage unit for various tools. Most parts came nicely assembled. Took around 15-20 mins to put together. I was so eager to put all my tools in this unit and set up nicely in my garage. Love that it comes with organizer bins that are attachable. Having the wheels makes it easy to move around in my garage or even if I want to move it to my basement. Comes with safety locks on wheels so kids just don't push around and the bigger plus is it comes with lock and key to keep your tools safe and way from kids. Usually I don't write reviews but I had to come and say man this is my best friend in garage. Keeps me very well organized with my tools.

The packaging was Excellent! There were lots of 1" thick styrofoam sheets & plywood for protection. The small tool box was securely fastened with four bolts to the floor of the storage cavity in the rolling chest.However, there were defects. The fronts of both drawers of the rolling chest, as well as the locking cover of the storage cavity, have depressions which were made in the metal during the manufacturing process. In fact, most of the depressions are going from the inside out. I added photos of the large cardboard box sides to show no noticeable corresponding damage. Also, when I removed the right screw from the side-panel, I saw a break in the metal at the hole's thinnest edge margin.I bought this tool box set to use in my garage. I decided not to go through the hassle of trying to get the seller to replace any of the factory damaged pieces, because the tool box is still functional. If it wasn't, then I definitely would have sought replacement pieces. The manufacturing facility should have a better Quality Assurance Department. I wonder if this "Rolling Tool Chest" got inspected at all. So, despite what is written on the sides of the shipping box, Buyer Beware!
