not telling you that it is NOT a free return, ridicules
Not bad quality but poor choice of material, the bases holding the bolts are made of plastic sitting in plastic cups, it is slippery and you cant properly adjust without moving the other end, also is stiff material and leaves a large gap under the cup, if you try to fully wind the bolt the plastic will break. I figured this out and decided to return, the seller charges $55 for shipping, this was not listed when I was buying i. Now I will get back about 20. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Incorrect Description of Compatibility
Tried to install. Unfortunately this set does not appear to be compatible with our 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander as the description says.If I would have tried to install them working the 30 return window I would have sent them back but now I'm stuck with the wrong item.

Horrible. they broke with 1 10 foot kayak on them after 1 use! hardware was questionable not too sturdy
