Nice
I hate silverware... not sure why they call it silverware cause it is not silver... but anyhow I hate it when the utensils have ridges that dig into your lift finger... This product does not do that as its underside is smooth. The forks are very strong, well maid and you can shovel a lot of food into your mouth at one time with them... I like!

Solid Utensils
Very solid and have worked exactly as expected as both a knife and fork in one utensil. Seriously considering replacing all of my forks with these. Knives may still be required in some instances.

So helpful
These forks - Knorks are amazing to use! The size, the weight, sturdiness and look make this such a great item for people who struggle with dexterity problems and arthritis. I am can't say enough about this product! I recommend this to everyone!

Useful utensil
I got this when my father broke his shoulder and lost the use of one hand. For a period of time, he couldn’t cut his own food.It feels sturdy and cuts most food. It didn’t do well with a steak, unfortunately, hence the 4 stars.

Excellent flatware
I have a complete set and several extra "knorks" but needed to replenish the "knorks" because some of them have "disappeared" through the years. This flatware is an excellent quality - heavier than most flatware. The "knife" side of the knork is not as sharp as typical knives, which is fine for my purposes. It's not intended to be a steak knife. It works similarly to a standard dull butter knife.

My arthritic hands feel better
Eating since my arthritis flared up became not only difficult but depressing. But using the Knork has changed that. Most people cut food with the side of their fork without even thinking about it. But to highly sensitive arthritic hands turning your fork sideways and applying pressure to the thin side causes shooting sharp pains in the finger pressing down. I tried holding it differently but that just made it wobble. Then I had to use a knife along with my fork for the simplest things. My alternatives weren't very aesthetically pleasing. I could use a brightly colored rubber tube or a foam block. Then I stumbled upon the Knork while I was searching for new flatware that wouldn't have such thin stems. It sounded too good to be true. But I thought it was worth trying. So I purchased a package of 4 Knork forks. I've had so much fun trying it out on all the food that would have previously given me pain to cut with a fork. Pizza......easy! Roast beef......no problem! Crisp asparagus spears......like butter!!! While I was cutting through the roast with my Knork my husband was using his knife! We will be replacing our flatware with the complete line soon!If you have arthritis and it's made it difficult to use a fork the way you use to I would suggest trying the Knork. It will more than likely change the way you feel about eating. And if you love someone with arthritic hands this would be one of the most thoughtful gifts you could give them. Especially if you've seen them struggle with eating with a fork.
